Titanium Resources Group Limited Announces Change of Name to Sierra Rutile Limited

Further to the announcement on 21 February 2011, the Company is pleased to announce that the filing requirements in relation to the change of the Company’s name to Sierra Rutile Limited have now been completed and dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 a.m. today. Further to the announcement on 21 February 2011, the Company is pleased to announce that the filing requirements in relation to the change of the Company’s name to Sierra Rutile Limited have now been completed and dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 a.m. today.

The Company’s TIDM will change to “SRX” and the Company’s website address will be amended to “www.sierra-rutile.com” to reflect the change of name.
