On September 12, CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd. (TDC) won the bid for the water transport survey and design project in Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone (TNIZ) from 2011 to 2012.
Located at Tianjin Binhai New Area, with a construction period of 16 months, the project involves survey and design of the terminal, waterway and basin dredging, filling and reclamation, soft foundation reinforcement, dam cushion works and breakwater works.
TNIZ is a major carrier for Tianjin to implement the strategy of urban development featuring “ two downtowns and two ports ”. The project is of great significance to optimizing Tianjin’s industrial distribution and sharpening the international competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle and Bohai-Rim region.
