The Purchasing Agent for the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for professional consulting services from qualified engineering firms for the Environmental Design and Permitting Services for the East Bay dredging project.
Both projects seek to bring the water bodies and/or their navigable channels to 6 feet below mean low water.
“Time is of the essence” for both projects, according to bid documents, in order to meet conditions of the “funding grant in hand .”
Proposals are due on February 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Purchasing Agent’s Office, 230 South Street, 3rd Floor, Hyannis, MA 02601.
