Bob Dahlke and his team of experts and craftsman have been building high quality gold prospecting equipment since 1961. The Company’s line of equipment provides the prospector with a full and versatile range of gear that can be used to recover gold and other precious metals.

A family owned and operated business, Dahlke has decades of mining and manufacturing experience, and the craftsmanship is evident in their exceptional products. Dahlke gold mining equipment is used in recreational and commercial gold mining applications around the world.

“ We are very excited to have the Dahlke team on board with The Race For Gold ”, says David Shackleton, President of The Race For Gold LLC . “ I had a chance to speak with Bob Dahlke this morning at length. He’s a wonderful man, extremely knowledgeable and has decades of experience in designing, building, and refining gold recovery equipment. We’re excited to utilize their equipment during the competition. It gives the competitors a chance to use different types of gear to recover as much gold as they can. We’re very pleased with Dahlke’s sponsorship and participation in The Race For Gold. ”

Many different types of gold prospecting equipment will be used by the competitors, ranging from Minelab metal detectors to gold pans, sluices, and small suction dredges. The competition teams rotate to four different properties during the month long competition. It’s up to the Team Leaders to determine what gear their team should use to find as much of the highly coveted mineral as possible.
