Germany: HPA Seeks Bidders for Silt Removal Works

Hamburg Port Authority has invited bids for the silt removal works at the harbour area. These works include: – Transfer of processed harbour sludge into the landfill area of Francop; – Removal of dredged material from Hamburg Schlick waters; – Retrieval of silt deposition from port construction and

Hamburg Port Authority has invited bids for the silt removal works at the harbour area.

These works include:

– Transfer of processed harbour sludge into the landfill area of Francop;

– Removal of dredged material from Hamburg Schlick waters;

– Retrieval of silt deposition from port construction and construction of the upper seal, arising for the use of sand for drainage and different fractions of harbour sediments currently in temporary storage.

Project period is 12 months from the date of contract award, and deadline for this tender is March 27, 2012.
