Hvide Sande Havn has announced tender for the harbour construction works.
First stage for a new harbour section on the northern side of the entrance to Hvide Sande harbour includes the following works:
– Approximately 150 m new quay consisting of anchored sheet pile quay wall closed with the concrete 30-40 m wide paved wharf behind quay;
– Approximately 20,000 m2 dredging and disposal of materials;
– Increasing depth of harbour area to approx. 6 m water depth off the new quay.
The project period is 7 months from date of contract award, and the tender deadline is April 17 2012.
