Ocean Trenching Technologies Pty Ltd.’s Board of Directors confirms current market speculation that the company is looking for a buyer.
Director of OTT Mr. Tom Wilson said “ Due to unforeseen personal circumstances OTT, Australia’s largest registered and wholly Australian owned subsea trenching company is currently on the open market for sale.”
Established in early 2011, OTT filled a void in the local trenching market. OTT owns and operates 2 Crawler class ROVs with the second Crawler class ROV to be launched in June and several Jetting Sled trenchers.
Company’s head office is based in New South Wales Australia with access to support companies on a global basis in the UK and Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas to quickly respond to clients’ Global needs.
