The dredging of Pentwater channel at Lake Michigan has been completed.
The project was undertaken to increase the water depths at the channel mouth to accommodate large watercraft with significant drafts.
“We are very pleased to have this project completed so that boaters can confidently access Pentwater Harbor and enjoy everything that the village has to offer, ” said Village of Pentwater President Juanita Pierman . “As a community we are committed to keeping this a viable waterway today and in the future.”
