Recently, CCCC Fourth Harbor Consultants Co., Ltd. has won the bid for the refining & chemical terminal reconstruction & extension EPC contract in Hainan Province, with a contract value of 947 million yuan and a construction period of 22 months.
Located at Shentou port area, Yangpu Economic and Development Zone, Hainan, the project involves the reconstruction of the Berth 1 crude oil terminal and the reconstruction of the oil product terminal, and the latter consists of the reconstruction of Berth 2, and the construction of 5000t chemical berth, berth 7 and berth 8.
