The Cibubur River is in desperate need of more dredging program, according to beritajakarta.com.
The current condition of Cibubur River is very alarming, said Chief of RW 02 Krendang Urban Village , and added: “ Yes, the river was had been dredged in front of Tambora Sub-District Community Health Center (Puskesmas) three months ago, but the mud dredging barely reached 20 trucks. On the other hand, the amount of the river’s mud is so severe, that the dredging must be conducted thoroughly, not just in front of the puskesmas .”
Ali Maulana, Deputy Chief of Tambora Sub-District , regarding this matter, stated: “ Certainly, the condition of Cibubur River is alarming and it must be dredged thoroughly. This is because the river passes three urban villages in Tambora Sub-District. ”
