On December 18, the “6th China CFO Annual Conference” & “2012 China CFO Award Ceremony” took place in Beijing. CCCC’s A-share IPO case won the “Annual Corporate Financing Award 2012”.

Executive Director and Financial Controller Fu Junyuan received the award on behalf of CCCC.

Approved by the Ministry of Finance and organized by Corporate Finance magazine, the event is one of the most influential of its kind in the industry. The “Annual Corporate Financing Award” is intended to commend institutions and cases that have made remarkable achievements or innovation achievements in corporate financing. The judges deemed that CCCC’s A-share IPO had created a mode of capital absorption, consolidation and raising characteristic of CCCC as the most complex IPO in the A-share market.

Fu delivered a keynote speech on how to deal with third-party partnerships in corporate financing. CCCC has a lot of partners in capital operations including H-share listing, A-share listing and bond issuance as well as other aspects of corporate financing, and needs to stick to the fundamental principles of “market first, close cooperation, mutual respect and win-win” in order to establish and maintain good relations with these third-party partners. CCCC has maintained good partnerships with investment banks, law firms, assets appraisal institutions and accounting firms under these principles, thus achieving win-win in cooperation.
