Recently, CCCC has won the bid for Section I and II of Zone A1 and B1 reclamation works and the separation levee works of Phase 2 of the reclamation and soft foundation treatment project of the polder zone in Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province, with a total contract value of 498 million yuan and a construction period of 180 days.
The project is located in the polder zone in Jiangnan, Wenzhou. Section I of Zone A1 and B1 reclamation works undertaken by CCCC Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd. has a total reclamation area of some 4.02 million square meters and a contract value of 148 million yuan; Section II of Zone A1 and B1 reclamation works undertaken by CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd. has a total reclamation area of some 2.88 million square meters and a contract value of 100 million yuan; and the separation levee works undertaken by CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd. has a total construction length of some 27.8 kilometers and a contract value of 250 million yuan.
The project will play a significant role in giving play to Cangnan’s advantage in beach resources, making up the insufficiency in Cangnan’s construction land resources and promoting regional economic and social development.
