Recently, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has won the bid for the hydraulic works of the terminal and bridge approach in Phase 2 of the Dapukou container terminal project in Jintang zone, Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, with a contract value of 607 million yuan
The project involves a 1,264-meter terminal structure (1264m×59m terminal platform for Section 7 to 21 and ancillary facilities), the bridge approach for Berth 3# to 7#, auxiliary water and electricity installation and cleats, etc.
The project is one of the demonstrative projects for accelerating the resource integration of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and advancing the integration strategy of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, as well as a key construction project in Zhoushan City and Zhejiang Province. It is of great significance to improving Zhejiang’s port and shipping services, meeting the requirements of the constant growth of container throughput and upsizing trend of transport ships.
