Recently, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has won the bid for Section II of the Yudean coal terminal in the new Bohe zone of Maoming Port in Guangdong Province, with a contract value of 410 million yuan and a construction period of 17 months.
The project involves a 100000t gravity caisson unloading terminal and a 35000t coal terminal (including auxiliary works), two working vessel berths, port revetment and power plant water intake. With a length of 490 meters, the 100000t unloading terminal is connected to the breakwater and has a drainage ditch in the middle; the 35000t coal terminal has a length of 258 meters, including a transitional section of 44 meters; and the working vessels are 95 meters long in total.
The project is Yudean’s key construction project in the new Bohe zone of Maoming Port, which plays a significant role in promoting the development of Maoming’s “coastal development strategy” and regional economic development.
