Deep sea and high depth dredging: that’s the new emerging trend in the dredging market and Dragflow is a world leader in this field, thanks to its decennal experience, combined with a never ending Research&Development.

In order to answer to the most demanding customers requests, Dragflow extends its wide range of products, launching on the market two new solutions: umbilical oil hoses systems, with proven projects up to 250 meters of working depth, and hydraulic spoolers for oil hoses, combined with hydraulic systems for the offshore and oil & gas industry.

Dragflow can provide two different kinds of spools, that permit the recovery of oil hoses: spring spools, for oil hoses length up to 20 meters, and hydraulic spoons, for umbilical with hoses length up to 300 meters. Careful consideration is given to providing the umbilical with the necessary inherent strength, fatigue resistance and robustness to offer long term service life.

These two systems in combination with high depth dredging pumps, high depth excavators and tailor made hydraulic power pack make Dragflow one of the most remarkable suppliers in the world for deep water dredging projects.

Deep sea exploration represents a huge technical challenge, where critical hyperbaric conditions and maintenance needs play an important role on the overall success of a project.

The new products have been completely designed, manufactured and tested by Dragflow’s technicians and engineers, that use their consolidated knowhow gained in 25 years of dredge equipment manufacturing, in order to assure the reliability and functionality of the products.
