The Wellfleet Community Forum will host an informational discussion on the proposed Wellfleet Marina dredging project.
The program will take place at 7PM on Monday, February 25, 2013, at the Wellfleet Public Library, 55 West Main Street, in Wellfleet, MA.
Wellfleet Harbormaster Michael Flanagan and members of the Marina Advisory Committee will review two presentations recently given to the Board of Selectmen. Topics will include discussion of the question “Why dredge?”, a brief history of dredging in Wellfleet Harbor, the scope of the proposed project, costs and benefits, financing, and a review of the recently completed feasibility study.
A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
