A long awaited dredging program at Clam Pass in Collier County is one step closer to realization.
The Pelican Bay Services Division inked a contract with Kyle Construction on Friday for the $200,000 worth dredging work at the mentioned area, reports nbc-2.com.
Kyle Construction will receive a county permit to move the equipment on the beach, the officials stated, and added that this equipment could be moved as early as Today.
Project managers still need a federal permit from the Army Corps of Engineers to commence this very important dredging project.
