Recently, CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has won the bid for the south breakwater & south bank cofferdam project in Hulushan Bay, Changxing Island, Dalian, with a contract value of 1.69 billion yuan and a construction period of 912 days.
Close to Changxing and Xizhong islands, the south breakwater and the south bank temporary cofferdam have a full length of 4,004 meters and 2,627 meters respectively.
The project is of great significance to improving the berthing conditions of the public zone of Dalian Port and meeting the need of the coastal development of the petrochemical industry in the Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone.
