DP World, UAE Region has added two prestigious awards to its growing collection in recognition of its pursuit of excellence.
The leading regional port operator has won the UAE’s Terminal Operator Company of The Year category from Frost & Sullivan at the Annual Growth Excellence Awards during the Global Community of Growth, Innovation and Leadership Middle East 2013, held in Atlantis The Palm.
The Award was received by Mohammed Ali Ahmed, Chief Operations Officer, DP World, UAE Region, from Aroop Zutshi, Global President & Managing Partner, Frost & Sullivan.
Meanwhile, DP World, UAE Region, has also won the Best Sea Port of the Year at the first Trade and Export Middle East Excellence Awards. At a ceremony held at the Habtoor Grand Hotel in Dubai, Eng. Saed Mohamed Al Awadi, the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Export Development Corporation (DEDC) presented the award to Abdulla Bin Damithan, Director of Account Management, Commercial Department, DP World, UAE Region.
