CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for Lot II of the Sea Flower Island reclamation project in Hainan Province, with a contract value of 270 million yuan and a construction period of one year.
The project is located in Danzhou, Hainan Province, with reclamation works as the initial works. Consisting of three independent offshore islets, the island, like three flowers in full blossom in the sea, is named Sea Flower Island. The company has won Section 2 of the central islet (Islet 1#), with a cofferdam length of 3,300 meters and a reclamation volume of 9 million cubic meters.
The project is of great significance to giving full play to the local natural conditions and geographical advantage to promote Hainan’s economic and social development.
