In a continued effort to keep Mainers informed of his work in the nation’s capital, U.S. Senator Angus S. King, Jr. (I-ME) sat down to recap the events of this past week in the U.S. Senate.
Senator King spoke about the passage of the Water Resources Development Act of 2013 (WRDA), which contains amendments from Senators King and Collins to establish a National Endowment for the Oceans and authorize the reopening of the Cape Arundel disposal site as a repository for dredging materials rather than incurring additional costs for a new site.
