LLX Logística S.A., the private Brazilian company developing Açu Superport, the largest port infrastructure investment in Latin America, which will be the Brazilian hub for the Oil and Gas industry and one of the largest ports in the world, announces that on May 17, 2013, the Environmental State Agency issued an installation license for the construction of a port terminal for cargo handling, located in TX2.

The TX2is an onshore terminal consisting of a canal 6.5 km long and 300 m wide, with 13 km of quay and depth ranging between 10 m and 18.5 m. Besides the offshore support industries, the TX2 will feature a port terminal for cargo handling such as solid and liquid bulk, general and project cargoes.

“The issuance of this installation licenseis a milestone in the development of the T-MULT, LLX’s own portterminal for handling various types of cargo. The establishment of a port terminal at TX2 consolidates the competitive advantages of the Açu Superportfor companies that need area and want to benefit from being located in a port. The T-MULT is clearlya great attraction for the expansion of our customer base ,” commented Marcus Berto, LLX’s CEO and Investor Relations Officer .
