CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for Lot 2 of the EPC contract for Phase 2 of Nanhai Pearl Artificial Island in Haikou Bay, with a contract value of 1.01 billion yuan and a construction period of 36 months.
Located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, the project involves external revetment, land forming and foundation treatment works. The length of the internal revetment, the length of the external revetment and the area of land forming are 1,132 meters, 2,315.8 meters and 650,000 square meters respectively.
After its completion, the project will be of great significance to enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of Haikou Port and stepping up Hainan’s regional economic development.
