The Central Dredging Association – CEDA – has issued the programme for its interactive, case-study led event, designed to maximise knowledge sharing in a great ambience.

At this year’s CEDA event – held at Ahoy Rotterdam, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on 7 November 2013 –CEDA aims to engage participants on a higher level.

The workshops, table top displays, technical visit and the CEDA Netherlands reception are all designed to meet the expectations of a great forum and give a day to remember.

During the forum’s two workshops, there is more than enough time and a stimulating atmosphere to exchange experience, knowledge and views and be part of several open discussions.

This way the topics come to life and participants will get the opportunity to truly engage.

Both workshops consist of high interest subjects to the dredging community and other professional groups working in related fields.

Experts are invited to join the morning workshop “ Working under exotic circumstances ” and the afternoon session “ Large marine infrastructure projects and the EU Habitats Directive: lessons learned ”.

Both workshops have an excellent line-up of speakers.

For details readers are referred to the CEDA Forum’s website.

Those who have one more day to add are invited to join the optional technical visit on 8 November to see the Sand Engine, which has now been running for two years and experience a great day outdoors.

Since the completion of the Sand Engine two years ago, significant developments have taken place – both morphologically and environmentally.

Even those who’ve been there before are impressed by changes.

Table top displays in the forum’s foyer offer the opportunity to enhance the CEDA Forum experience.

The detailed programme as well as registration and table top booking information is available on the CEDA Forum website: www.cedaconferences.org/cedaforum
