Pingtan Marine Enterprise Ltd. an integrated marine services company in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), today announced that a delegation from the Company presented at The 8th Annual China (Fuzhou) International Seafood Expo in Fuzhou, China from September 13-16, 2013.
The Expo is organized annually by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China and co-organized with Fujian Provincial People’s Government this year.
Mr. Xinrong Zhou, Pingtan’s Chairman and CEO , stated: “ We are pleased to participate in this event, which helps to promote Pingtan internationally and also provides a platform to study and exchange ideas to further develop and refine our operations. One of the central themes of the Expo was concern over the environmental impact, and our Company has developed an ecological deep-sea farming model that helps and protects marine resources and environment. We believe that through continued research and collaboration we can satisfy China’s growing demand without upsetting the ecological balance.”
