The trailing suction hopper dredge Pelican will be carrying out dredging operations on the Bar and Inner Channels at Lakes Entrance for approximately two months commencing Monday, November 11, 2013.
Pelican will be distributing spoil sand offshore behind the surf zone and within an area approximately two nautical miles to the East and West of the Entrance.
Mariners are directed to navigate with extreme caution and to maintain a safe distance from the Pelican at all times, announced regionalchannels.vic.gov.
