HR Wallingford Appoints New Director of Water and Flood Management (UK)

Andrew Brown has been appointed to the position of Director, Water and Flood Management at HR Wallingford.

Andy brings high level international business experience to the company, together with a wealth of technical expertise in the fields of water infrastructure, water resource management and flood risk modelling and management. He will lead the growth of HR Wallingford’s worldwide flood and water management business.

Andy has a long relationship with HR Wallingford. He joins from Innovyze, the water-infrastructure software company, where he was International Operations Director. He previously spent more than 20 years at HR Wallingford and sister organisation Wallingford Software, before his transfer to Innovyze in 2009.

Dr Jane Smallman, Managing Director of HR Wallingford said: “ We are pleased to welcome Andy Brown to HR Wallingford. Andy’s high-level international experience in the areas of water and flood management will provide a focus for our technical developments, ensuring we extend our specialist capabilities and continue respond to the evolving needs of our clients .”
