Vosta LMG Removed from Singapore Companies Register

ASL Marine Holdings Ltd has announced that its subsidiary, Vosta LMG Dredging Equipment Services Pte., has been removed from the Register of Companies of Singapore. ASL Marine Holdings Ltd has announced that its subsidiary, Vosta LMG Dredging Equipment Services Pte., has been removed from the Register of Companies of Singapore.

This decision was put into force on 19 February 2014.

ASL Marine bought all the issued and outstanding shares of Vosta LMG International B.V. in November 2013.

Vosta LMG is a well established international dredging engineering and contracting company with more than 140 years of history.

Vosta LMG provides specialised and tailor-made solutions to the world’s dredging industry.
