USA: Corps Prepares USCG Tradd Street Pier Dredging Plan

Approximately 15,000 cubic yards of unclassified material will be dredged soon from the United States Coast Guard Tradd Street Pier in Charleston, South Carolina. The total value of the project is between $1 million and $5 million, according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District.

Approximately 15,000 cubic yards of unclassified material will be dredged soon from the United States Coast Guard Tradd Street Pier in Charleston, South Carolina.

The total value of the project is between $1 million and $5 million, according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District.

All material will be placed at the Drum Island Disposal Area. This dredging work will comply with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammals Protection Act.

The solicitation will be posted on or about 16 June with bids due around 17 July 2014.
