Letter of Intent (LOI) for the construction of the Lomonosovskaya electrical substation project was signed on July 5, 2014 at the territory of the Bronka multifunctional sea transshipment complex.

The Agreement was signed by General Director of FSUE “Rosmorport” Andrey Tarasenko, Minister of Transport of Russia Maxim Sokolov, Minister of Energy of Russia Alexander Novak, CEO of OJSC “FSK EES” Andrey Murov and General Director of LLC “Phenix” Dmitry Mikhalchenko.

Construction of the Lomonosovskaya electrical substation is a key element in formation of the power supply network infrastructure in the Leningrad region and the suburbs of St. Petersburg in order to ensure a reliable power supply to the consumers of the region, primarily the port facilities of the Bronka multifunctional sea transshipment complex being under construction in the Lomonosov district of the Leningrad region.

Implementation of the program activities for the construction of the relevant underwater hydraulic structures in the waters of the Bronka multifunctional sea transshipment complex is performed by FSUE “Rosmorport”. Completion of the first phase of dredging works in the waters of the complex is scheduled for late 2015.
