Council Seeks Contractors for Arbroath Harbor Dredging

Angus Council has invited bidders to submit their offers for the Arbroath Harbor maintenance dredging project.

This deepening scheme will involve a dredging activity to remove 8,250 m³ of material from the inner and outer harbor and navigation channel.

The dredged material from each activity is to be deposited at sea approximately 1.75 nautical miles from the outer sea wall of the harbor.

Time-limit for obtaining documentation for this tender is September 1, 2014, and the estimated award date is September 3, 2014.
