United States Coast Guard (USCG) has introduced a plan for the Eatons Neck maintenance dredging program.
“ The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation and disposal necessary to perform maintenance dredging (by mechanical means) of the entrance channel at the mooring basin of CG Station Eatons Neck (Suffolk County), ” announced fbo.gov.
All dredging and disposal work should be completed no later than March 22, 2015, and the anticipated construction time is 90 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
The estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
Solicitation packages will be available on or about November 14, 2014, and the tentative date set for bid opening is December 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
