Waterwegen en Zeekanaal NV has invited bidders to submit their offers for the Channel to Charleroi dredging program.

The subject of the contract is the dredging of four zones in the Channel to Charleroi, including the transport of dredged materials to be processed.

The zones which will be dredged and surveyed by using a multi-beam sonar scanner after being cleared, are:

– the channel and turning basin in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw;

– the quay De Molens in Ruisbroek;

– the quay at Lemaire in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw.

The deadline for this tender is November 27, 2014.
