The Broads Authority has given a notice saying that dredging operations in Haddiscoe New Cut may restrict passage during week days from Tuesday 6th January 2015 until Friday 6th February 2015.

During this period dredging will be in operation between 08:00 and 16:00 daily, excluding weekends. During each period of operation delays of up to 2 hours may occur. Mariners must await clear instructions from the dredging crew before attempting to pass.

Outside of the hours of operation a minimum width of 26ft/8.0m will remain past the works equipment for the passage of vessels.

All equipment will be lit and signage will be in place to warn of restriction and delays.

Mariners must exercise great care whilst proceeding past the works.
