The first five-year anniversary of Kozmino Port of Transneft, JSC, anticipates an even more important date.
At the end of the first quarter of 2015, the port plans to export the 100-millionth ton of oil since the start of its operations.
By 2016 the second berth of the Kozmino Port will be able to receive tankers with a deadweight up to 150,000 t (30,000 t more than today).
To achieve these targets, the approach dam reconstruction and dredging works will be implemented in the water area of the berth.
The decision on dredging was adopted by the management of Transneft in August 2013.
