Conseil général du Finistère DATD has invited bidders to submit their offers for the Port of Audierne dredging program.
This cleanup project, located on a peninsula at the mouth of the Goyen river, will involve maintenance dredging works in the access channel to the Port of Audierne.
The main goal of this dredging scheme is to remove annual sediment build up and ensure correct navigable depths.
The tender deadline is March 5, 2015, and the project period is 24 months from the date of contract award.
The Port of Audierne, formerly important to the local fishing industry, is now essentially a yacht port.
