The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, will host a public hearing at Burke Lakefront Airport (West Concourse), 1501 North Marginal Road, Cleveland, today, from 5:15 – 9 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity to anyone wishing to make verbal comments in person for the official record regarding the proposed open lake placement of dredged sediment from the upper federal navigation channel of the Cuyahoga River.
This meeting was requested as a result of the public review period (November 17 through December 17, 2014) of a Clean Water Act Section 404 Public Notice on this proposed action.
