Rosmorport to Expand Dredging Fleet

The Russian state-owned port services company, FSUE Rosmorport, will expand its dredging fleet with four new dredging vessels in the 2016-2017 period, according to Executive Director of Rosmorport Andrey Lavrischev. The Russian state-owned port services company, FSUE Rosmorport, will expand its dredging fleet with four new dredging vessels in the 2016-2017 period, according to Executive Director of Rosmorport Andrey Lavrischev.

The CEO revealed this information today at the II International Forum of Dredging Companies in Moscow.

These dredging vessels will be built in shipyards in Vietnam and Russia and will have the necessary efficient equipment for dredging, corresponding to the climatic conditions of the region where they are going to be used.

Upon completion, the vessels will be assigned to the ports of Arkhangelsk, Tuapse, St. Petersburg and Ust-Luga.
