USACE Hires Inland Dredging

Inland Dredging Co., headquartered in Dyersburg, Tennessee, has just won a $24 million contract for one of its dredgers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The company has been awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity firm-fixed-price contract for rental of a 20-24 inch cutterhead pipeline

Inland Dredging Co., headquartered in Dyersburg, Tennessee, has just won a $24 million contract for one of its dredgers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The company has been awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity firm-fixed-price contract for rental of a 20-24 inch cutterhead pipeline dredger that will be used for dredging projects in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida, with an estimated completion date of May 19, 2016.

Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Funding will be determined with each order.

The Corps’ Mobile District is the contracting activity.
