Conseil général de Charente-Maritime has invited bidders to submit their offers for a coastal protection project in the La Rochelle area.
The contract will involve the rockfill embankment protection and construction of reinforced concrete cope wall, which will provide increased sea defenses against raised sea levels in the areas of Godechaud and Platerre.
Works under this coastal scheme will include beach nourishment and the installation of wave doors for further flood protection.
The deadline for this tender is June 1, 2015,
