The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is seeking interested business sources for a construction project titled ‘Quillayute River Hydraulic Dredging FY15’, located in La Push, Washington.

Proposed project will be a firm fixed-price construction project and construction magnitude is estimated to be between $1 million and $5 million.

This scheme will include maintenance hydraulic cutterhead suction dredging of approximately 70,000 cubic yards of sediment from the Quillayute River Channel and Boat Basin and disposal of the dredged material at three nearby designated disposal sites.

Work should begin on September 1, 2015 and all in-water work must be completed by February 28, 2016. The purpose of the project is to ensure a navigable waterway for vessel traffic in the Quillayute River Federal Navigation Channel.
