Yorkshire Water’s Bridlington Revised Bathing Water Directive project, undertaken by MGJV/ABCO Marine, has been shortlisted for the British Construction Industry Awards 2015.
The Bridlington Revised Bathing Water Directive scheme was designed to ensure that any Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) assets, which could influence bathing water quality, do not adversely affect achieving the desired standard.
The project was developed by using a Marine Impact Model (MIM) to assess the consequence of storm discharges into the coastal waters.
