The newly built Easydredge 2700, competitively priced standard trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD), has passed its sea trials with flying colors.
Developed by Royal IHC (IHC) and built by MTG Dolphin yard in Varna, Bulgaria, this state-of-the-art dredger that was launched in December 2014 is now ready to be delivered this summer.
The Easydredge 2700 will be supplied with a “world-dredging package”, which includes bottom doors, a bow coupling and a dredging depth of 25m.
This makes her suitable for a wide range of tasks, from the maintenance of ports and channels, to land reclamation.
