The Ohio Lake Erie Commission will hold its next quarterly meeting Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at 10 a.m. at Heidelberg University Campus Center in Tiffin.
During the meeting, the commission will take action on two recommended Lake Erie Protection Fund grant project proposals.
The commission will also hear about the progress of current projects and learn about recommendations for nutrient targets into Lake Erie developed by a binational work group convened under the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.
All OLEC meetings are open to the public and include reports from the member state agencies and advisory committees, followed by a public comment period. Organizations and citizens are encouraged to attend.
