Inland Dredging Co. LLC, from Dyersburg, Tennessee, has won a $6.5 million firm-fixed-price contract for Mississippi River harbor dredging between Hickman, Kentucky, and Phillips County, Arkansas.
Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, is the contracting activity.
The estimated completion date of this deepening program is June 30, 2016.
Inland Dredging, with high capacity dredgers from 14” – 890 HP to 24” – 6225 HP, has been in the business of providing dredging and marine construction services since 1997.
