PMR Hydraulics and Van Oord dredging and marine contractors have entered into a long term service level agreement.
For the coming three years, PMR Hydraulics will exclusively be responsible for advice, all services and deliveries/installations of hydraulic parts on board Van Oord’s 80 dredging vessels.
PMR Hydraulics – Van Oord cooperation is not new, the two companies are working together for a long time now. However, this new agreement intensifies this partnership and is focused on technical improvements, process optimization and cost reduction.
Both managing directors of PMR Hydraulics, Bas Smaal and Dirk-Jan Berkhout , showed their satisfaction with the deal. “ Over the past four years we have proven that we can act quickly, handle extensive projects and optimally serve our customers.”
According to the PMR release, dedicated team of 30 employees is available 24/7 for the coordination, implementation and support of Van Oord global operations.
