The Hickling Broad dredging operations may restrict passage close to Hickling Staithe during week days from Monday, 2nd November, 2015 until Friday, 26th February, 2016, the Broads Authority stated.
During this period, dredging works will be undertaken between 08:00 and 16:00 daily, excluding weekends. During each period of operation delays of up to 2 hours may occur.
Mariners should await clear instructions from the dredging crew before attempting to pass, the Authority said.
All equipment will be lit and signage will be in place to warn of restriction and delays. Mariners should exercise great care whilst proceeding past the works.
