CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for the land formation of the southern operation zone in the Rizhao Port’s Shijiu area, Shandong Province.
The total value of of the contract is $67 million, with the construction period of 457 days.
This scheme involves the land formation of the bulk yard expansion project and the land formation of the universal berths No 1-6. Around 14 million cubic meters of material will be used to form an area of 1.6 million square meters.
After its completion, the project will be of great significance to advancing the infrastructural construction of Rizhao Port, perfecting port function and promoting port transformation and upgrading.
