CW Purpero Inc. is making good progress on the Menomonee River Ecosystem Restoration project.
Located in the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the project is now 65 percent complete.
The project consists of the restoration of an aquatic ecosystem by removing an existing concrete channel lining along the Menomonee River that was built in the 1960s using non-Federal resources.
The concrete channel lining extends for approximately 3,700 feet from just upstream of Wisconsin Avenue to just downstream of Interstate Highway 94.
