Wim Biesemans joins the Belgian dredging, environmental and marine engineering group DEME as CEO of DEME Concessions.
“ I have always been lucky enough to work for growing companies or on promising start-up projects. I love building strong teams that can grow together and that’s exactly what I expect to do with DEME’s entire entrepreneurial team,” said Mr. Biesemans.
Over the next few months, Marc Maes will gradually hand over the DEME Concessions files to Mr. Biesemans.
DEME Concessions was established by the end of April 2013 and aims to regroup all concessions of the DEME Group in the field of dredging and land reclamation, offshore wind energy, wave and tidal energy and offshore mineral resources.
